学习平板电视维修技术 采用参加网络培训方式完全可行
开展网路平板培训已经有两年了 这两年不断的摸索、总结，也取得了一些经验，感觉到网络培训是可行的，网络培训有网络培训的特点，相比与面授，学员参加培训的成本比较低、培训的时间比较灵活，可以不影响到日常的工作，不受地点、距离的限制，可以在一个长期的、系统的进行培训。这也得到了很多师傅们的认同和支持，有很多师傅从一开始办班，就一直在培训班听课，循序渐进从不缺课，这给了我很大的鼓励和支持，我衷心的表示感谢。
但是网络培训也有明显不足之处，这主要是对网络的要求比较高，特别是在国内，一般的用户网络的传输带宽明显的不足（往往1兆不到），这就使图像的传输、声音的流畅严重的受到影响。由于网络培训老师和学员不是面对面，以前一直认为网络培训老师和学员的互动性不能充分发挥，但是经过这两年的培训和充分的利用QQ群、博客以及在课堂上留言已经能做到充分的沟通和互动，并且互动的效果超过了面对面的培训，并且老师和学员还可以发展成经常联系的朋友关系。
开始我们的网络培训平台也进行了筛选，最后选定广州“泛世纪学堂”作为我们的培训教室，从各方面比较；“泛世纪学堂”都很适宜，特别是 可以对各类平板图纸、图片的缩放、旋转，应用非常方便，并且由于可以同步录像这就弥补了网络传输不畅的缺点（如果课堂没有听好，课后可以看录像来弥补）。
网络培训只要把 培训的内容准备充分、培训的课件准备完善是可以达到令人满意的效果。
前期的培训不光是传授了知识和技术，也更进一步的增进了广大师傅们的团结、沟通，维修知识、技能、资料的横向联系，一个人遇到疑难故障，马上就有很多人来帮忙分析。还有很多师傅自发的组织起来进行维修技能、维修实例的分析，请技术高的师傅进行定期讲解，这些我特别感到欣慰。例如 内蒙的侯广述师傅 台湾的郭富贵师傅 组织的 呱呱网交流群 经常开展平板疑难故障维修实例讲解，大家踊跃参加，我看到了维修事业的希望。
现在有了两年的网络培训经验，准备进一步的开展对于平板电视的原理、维修技术、电路分析以及基础知识等进行更加细致、条理的网络培训，如果没有什么其它的因素影响，还在“泛世纪学堂”开展我们的平板网络培训。

郝老师 How are you? Only training is not so good idea. You must make money via training. Make money so that you will have more resources to buy information or repair tools and repair kits for students, so that they don’t need know at so must depth then can reach your level. This make them build up confidence to work on repair industry. They will have interesting to dig much depth into theory. Every thing will have interesting and money comes to support it.

Thank your reply, 谢谢您. I am only telling the truth that doing any thing and every thing are in fact for money. Only talking high & perfect and offer good to other person are only good at theory. At very short term period that is no problem because it is just talking for fun, and showing that, “Hi, my friend do you see how much knowledge I have.” That is many other book author they are writing books at the wrong way that they are showing their knowledge and did not want their reader learn something from their book. Their books have many data but after look at no any reader can easily get any idea of how to fix TVs. Those authors are only “wording worms” that copy words from this paper onto other paper. In fact they can not fix TVs. That is a book written from a non TV repair knowledge guy to write a TV repair book. Those books is good only for some high knowledge engineer who already know many related idea but at doing something need reference materials.
I think Mr. 郝铭 should set up a donation link to let some TV repair guy who feel himself have obtained some benefit from Mr. 郝铭’s talking. High energy guy donates more, and less energy guy donates less, so that Mr. 郝铭 can have some bit of money to continue to make more data for us to look at, so that for this reason at my local area in San Francisco, I am trying to translating Mr. 郝铭’s book into English version and try to make money for him and for myself. If my translating book can be finished translation at few months later, Please help me to find out is it can have reader in Mainland china. This book is written in current and practical English. You can find out at just finish look at it and you can talk and write English. It is another way to study English by the side of go to school. It may be effectively than go to school. After that Every Chinese TV guy is bilingual GUY and can go out China to other nation on the earth and can find living very easily.
Next, know one more language would be helpful to look at other language technical books with easy, and understand other culture as well.

Very sorry, at the time I was a boy, I did not do good job at school so that My Chinese level is not so good and can not write good Chinese. Next, input Chinese into computer I am not skillful. It needs very long time to do that. Input English into computer is very easy. I can talk Chinese but writing Chinese is not as good as you. I offer all my time on TV and electronics I needed to look at many books at about 90% was English at 40 years ago. 40 years ago, that time only look at English books can get what I want while Chinese book did not write so well. My English building up profession was at Open University of Hong Kong. That school indeed is very good University, I follow its class and gain benefit. I live in San Francisco; I need to talk English every day so that I can improve my English knowledge.
I want to write better English that I need to ask help from white guys to help me to proofreading it and get it correction, sentence rephrasing. Only my own English stand alone is only sufficient for every day using. It is not good for every person on the earth to look at, if without those white guy’s help. White guy’s ink is much better than my ink.
Very sorry, at the time when you need to use ink then discover it is not sharp and sufficient. That is book at the time you want it but you don’t have good book.
